Beginner Slow Flow

Mondays - 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Create a strong foundation in body awareness and alignment as you slow down the breath and movement. Build muscle memory, learn about different muscle groups, explore the movements of the spine and use breathing techniques to move through poses and practice presence. This class allows you to move deeper into the practice, through inner focus and surrender.

Rest Day Yoga for Body Restoration

Mondays - 6:45 - 7:45 PM

Find comfort in a low energy, gently paced class appropriate for all levels and ages. Slow your breath and stretch the body. Take advantage of yoga blocks, pillows and blankets to let go of tension and stress in body and mind. This is a mix of restorative, yin and nidra yoga practices with a focus on breath and relaxation. Tuesdays -9:00-10:00AM, Saturdays - 10:00-11:00AM

Vinyasa is a flowing, dynamic yoga practice that focuses on the connection of breath to movement. This class will link several yoga postures together to create a flow while focusing on the breath to keep a steady pace. This class is open to all levels of practitioners, with options to modify for your own practice.

Candlelight Vinyasa

Tuesdays and Wednesdays - 7:30- 8:30 PM

Vinyasa yoga links movement with breath for a dynamic, flowing practice. This class weaves together an empowering asana sequence with elements of mindfulness, meditation, breath-work and rich yogic philosophy. Build strength and flexibility, detoxify your body, and find a greater connection to the present moment. All Levels

Beginner Hatha Yoga

Wednesdays - 9:00 - 10:00 AM

Please join me for a true beginners, healthy aging, Hatha yoga class. We will practice breath work and simple postures that will enable you to enjoy and experience your body in a whole new way. There will be detailed instructions and assistance with each pose. You will feel comfortable and be able to have your own unique experience of this beautiful practice.

Beginner Slow Your Flow

Thursdays - 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Slow your flow with an alignment based, vinyasa style class. Observe foundation, utilize yoga props, and take time to settle into poses before connecting movement to breath. Stretch, strengthen and relax the body and mind as you take time for some self- care.
